A lovely limpid and bright colour, which tends to intense gold, fine bubbles rising rapidly. A fine, seductive and complex nose, acidulous fruity notes, with a citrus zest finish. Aromas of toast and brioche crust. A beautiful palate, with a sound attack and amplitude, bubbles are well mixed: a full-bodied Champagne.
