Varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay
A slightly orange and a coppery salmon colour. Bubbles fairly thin and numerous.The nose on wild red berries, hints of ripe banana and cherry kirsch. On the palate -substance and density, with aspects of mature red fruit aromas.
A Champagne rosé for a meal.
