Egg is a symbol of re-birth, just as Easter. After 40 days of culinary deprivation, PETROSSIAN offers a celebration of life, food… and eggs. First: fish eggs with wild salmon eggs or, of course, caviar, served with PETROSSIAN’s vodka. Then, sweet chocolate eggs: chocolate and caramel pearls for the children, dark chocolate and vodka for the grown up. At last, only available at the shop between April the 11th and May the 15th, PETROSSIAN perpetuates the Russian Passover tradition with two cakes: the Koulitch and the Paskha.
