BRIDOR joined the circle of partners of the famous Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Contest, at the Sirha exhibition in Lyon. Since 1987, the Bocuse d’Or has offered talented young chefs from around the world a unique opportunity to showcase their skills and it also provides a springboard for their future careers.
Quite apart from the competitive element, the Bocuse d’Or has become a great family occasion over the years, bringing together today’s top chefs, tomorrow’s young hopefuls, and household names such as BRIDOR. BRIDOR upholds the same values as this competition: innovation, rigour, authenticity and readiness to share know-how.
As the official bakery of the Bocuse d’Or, BRIDOR supplied all the breads and pastries for the Village des Chefs, and for the events that took place throughout the duration of the Contest. BRIDOR will also run the bakery area at the Village des Chefs, in addition to staging tastings of its entire range of breads and pastries, including Arc En Ciel, the brand-new collection from the “Recette Lenôtre professionnel” range, which has already won a “Grand Prix Innovation Sirha 2011” award.
