Varieties: 43% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier
A golden yellow colour; lively and fine bubbles, with a thin cordon. A nose with white fruits, pear, and floral notes; in contact with air come yellow fruit notes, peach, baked apples and Viennese pastries notes: fully bloomed and complex. Full-bodied and complete on the palate; the fine bubbles reinforce the freshness; aromas in the mouth are the same as the nose: driedfruit notes, bread crusts and fresh butter tones; a good persistent finish.
A vinous Champagne, highly well-balanced, fine and elegant.
