Varieties: 2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay
A lovely limpid, bright and golden colour. The bubbles are fine and ascending. The nose reveals white fruit, with hints of acacia honey, dried fruit, almonds, a brioche like bread: elegant, slightly acidulous. The palate is sound, clean; the bubbles are well mixed, this Champagne is vinous. A very balanced wine, well developed.
This Champagne combines finesse and complexity.
