The force of alliance
Eurial derives its strength from its group of 3 dairy coops in western France - Colarena Presqu’Ile, Poitouraine and UCAL - that collect their milk from 5000 producers. Each of the 11 fabrication sites specializes in a specific type of production utilizing appropriate technology which assures constant product quality. Most are ISO 9000 certified.
A product range adapted to customer targets
Eurial has chosen to add value to its milk by specializing in specific niches: butters and creams, cow cheeses, industrial products and goat cheeses, which constitute their core activity. The group has become the reference for goat cheese with its Soignon brand, the leader in a number of markets. The goat cheese range of products is comprised of a large selection of shapes and flavours such as traditional cheeses and its AOC range, Sainte Maure de Touraine, Pouligny Saint-Pierre and Chabichou du Poitou or its specialized and innovative products such as frozen goat cheese cubes and slices for industrial customers and caterers.
The cow milk range of products includes classics usually found on a typical cheese board.
Within the range of semi-soft cheese, you will discover the Ligueil brand of camembert and in the pressed cheese range the Ligueil brand of St. Paulin as well as the raclette which is sold under both the Ligueil and Francette brands.
The butters, some of which have the AOC charter quality mark, have a refined taste and are available in several formats. Grand Fermage butter is strongly positioned on the gourmet butter market. Its success is based on the combination of the expertise, an added ingredient - Noirmoutier sea salt crystals - and its Charentes-Poitou AOC. A range of crèmes fraîches and UHT creams are also available for retail and restaurants.
Eurial develops and sells a wide range of cheese ingredients which are aimed at food services and industry. The company offers mozzarella, goat and cow’s milk ingredients, processed cheese, food specialties, fresh cream.
An international distribution
Building upon its strengths, Eurial continues to increase its program of international growth in a number of foreign countries; thanks to its subsidiaries (Couturier North America in the USA, Fromka in Germany, Eurilait in Great Britain, Alianze 3 A in Spain, Eurial Polska in Poland) and a specialized sales department, Eurial exports to sixty countries across the 5 continents.
